Bring Happy Back May Launch

An extraordinary deal in the life of Pure Insights is the launch of our new Campaign last month – Bring Happiness Back.  Most of us spend around 100,000 hours at work during our whole lifetime 1/3 of our waking time, yet only 20% of us are happy at work.

Our mission and aim is to support to bring happiness back to the workplace by developing a collaborative, strategic partnership that aligns with organisational values, scope and vision by working together to build a supportive, enjoyable and productive environment and culture so that teams can go to work and spend most of their 100,000 hours happy.

There are a million reasons to empower workplaces but it is astonishing how the biggest one often goes unnoticed until it is too late.  Wouldn’t you rather work in a place where people actually smile?

The team have been smiling and laughing so hard their cheeks have been hurting as we launch and build a movement on Brining Happiness Back.  We endeavor to take our customers business and happiness, very seriously!  And although happiness is a team effort, and we are always around for a group hug, we have designed all of our programs to ensure that managers and employees are fully involved in the long-term development of a happy workplace.

We were so thrilled to welcome our remarkable guest speakers and representatives who support Pure Insights which included Lisa Messenger and Janine Garner.

Lisa is the vibrant, game-changing CEO and creative director of The Messenger Group, as well as founder and editor-in-chief of The Collective magazine – an entrepreneurial lifestyle magazine distributed into over 37 countries with a mandate to disrupt, challenge and inspire. In addition, she has worked globally in events, sponsorship, marketing, PR and publishing.

Janine Garner is a business woman, entrepreneur and socialpreneur who is passionate about the return to open and transparent corporate relationships and the power of commercial collaboration in futureproofing careers and businesses.

She is the Founder and CEO of LBD Group (the Little Black Dress Group), a community of successful and results oriented business women and entrepreneurs working together to drive continued change and success. Janine is also the founder of Australia’s first gift giving circle, the First Seeds Fund, committed to supporting women and children at the grassroots of Australia with a focus on education and employment.

The night was filled with exactly all the ingredients we had pulled together to make the launch a success, with attendee’s including journalists stating it was the most out of the box and innovative event they had been to in months.  There was champagne flowing, conversation and laughter, not to mention a retro photo booth, competitions and loads of gifts to be given away.

Professional photographer Zahrina from Zahrina Photography was snapping all night with a room full of smiles and laughter, which also featured on our Facebook page thanks to Lee Usher from Buzz Webb Media who created a buzz around the social media space.

Each of our attendee’s received our goodie bags full of yoyo’s, slinky’s and bouncing putty plus a Happy Harry Pen – you must see it to believe it! as well as Lisa Messenger’s book “Daring and Disruptive”, along with Janine Garners book “From Me to We” – Commercial Collaboration.  Don’t worry if you missed this launch, we are in the planning stage of our next launch which will sure to be bigger than the last.

Join the movement and get in touch if you are keen to hear more about how we can work with you to Bring Happy Back.
